A fast-paced, challenging water workout, participants will perform a wide range of cardio and resistance training exercises to increase their heart rate and burn calories.
High intensity water class with a variety of challenging strength and cardiovascular moves in shallow and deep water. A great alternative for anyone who enjoys high intensity workouts, but also allows low impact on the joints.
Our most popular outdoor class has moved indoors! Participants will continuously rotate through aerobic and strengthening exercises in this heart-pumping cardiovascular workout. This class is a great option for active individuals looking for cross training opportunities.
A perfect low to moderate intensity workout for beginners and individuals with preexisting conditions who can not exercise at higher intensity levels. Participants will learn a variety of basic water aerobic exercises and stretches.
Individuals participating in this class will use noodles or water belts to keep them afloat while jogging, skiing, and bicycling around the deep end of the lap pool. Deep Sea provides a great alternative for avid runners and walkers.
The objective of this class is to provide a safe, efficient exercise program for individuals with arthritis and other related disorders.
Class participants will focus on a total body strengthening routine which uses multiple pieces resistance training equipment.
