Recreation and Leisure Services is steadily seeking qualified professionals in fitness, aquatics and programs to join their ever-growing team.
Applications for all part-time positions may be picked up at the C&RC in the Administration Office located at 1551 Mayview Road and submitted at any time throughout the year.
However, part-time positions for Recreation Department Summer Positions should be made on or before April 15 of each year.
We are currently seeking professionals for the following:
The C&RC Fitness Department is currently seeking part-time group exercise instructors. Candidates must hold current CPR and AED certification along with a nationally recognized group exercise certification.
The C&RC Fitness Department is currently seeking part-time personal trainers. Candidates must hold current CPR and AED certification along with a nationally recognized personal training certification.
The C&RC Aquatics Department is currently seeking lifeguards for the fall/ winter season. All shifts are available: afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Candidates must be certified in Lifeguarding/CPR and First Aid. Applicants must be age 16 years of age or older.
The C&RC Aquatics Department is currently seeking evening and/or weekend Swim Lesson Instructors. Candidates should be at least 16 years old, have some teaching experience, and be proficient in all strokes. Current WSI (Water Safety Instructor) certification preferred, but not necessary. Applicants who do not have a current WSI will be expected to obtain a certification within 6 months of hire. CPR and first aid required.
