Remember when you were a teenager and tried crazy diets with your friends? Interested in teaching your teenage girl what healthy eating really entails? Each session of this 6-week class will help teenagers understand how to eat for a healthy body, dispel myths regarding fad diets, and build a positive body image. 3 classes will also include a cooking demonstration and tasting.

Whether you are seeking assistance in losing weight, gaining muscle, improving athletic performance, or understanding how to adopt healthier eating behaviors, Lindsay Schmitz, MS, RD, LDN, our dietitian, can assist you.
What to expect:
1. One initial appointment to set goals and measure % Body Fat, height, and weight.
2. One-on-one nutrition consultants with a Registered Dietitian.
3. Weekly follow-up emails.
4. Individualized eating plan based on analysis of current behaviors and activity level as well as personal goals.
