Several payment methods are available for your convenience. A C&RC three month membership must be paid in full. All C&RC annual memberships must be paid in scheduled monthly instalments via Electronic Funds Transfer (checking account) or by Credit Card Authorization.
We accept check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for membership, program and class fees.
Enrollment in our convenient Electronic Funds Transfer or Credit Card Authorization is recommended for Annual Memberships. Please provide your checking account information along with a voided check or your credit card information when obtaining a membership. Your payments will then be automatically deducted from your account between the first and fifth of each month. If the first of the month falls on a holiday or weekend, the EFT or Credit Card payment will occur within three business days. This contract will renew automatically on the renewal date without notice, unless written notice is received at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
A $200.00 early withdrawal fee will be applied if an annual membership agreement is terminated during the first six (6) months of your membership. If cancelled after the first six (6) months a $100.00 early withdrawal fee will be applied. If you decide to rejoin the center at a later date, another 12-month agreement will be established. The early withdrawal fees will once again be applied.
