How to make your Reservation

Contact the Community & Recreation Facility Rental Specialist, Christine Charles, during the below hours of operation.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ~ Tuesday and Thursday  1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Reservations may be made by either calling 412.221.1099 ext 613 or in person at 1551 Mayview Road, Upper St. Clair PA 15241.
• Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. When two or more persons arrive at the same time to rent the same facility a random drawing will be conducted to see who will get the opportunity to make the reservation for the facility.
• It is highly recommended to book at least two weeks in advance.
• Reservations are accepted six months to date.
• Full payment is due at the time that your rental is confirmed. Payment may be made by check or credit card.

You may call 412.221.1099 ext. 613 to inquire about room rental options and availability. Rental confirmations must be completed in-person to review and sign necessary contracts. If necessary, leave a detailed message including your name, phone number, date preference, time, location and type of party. The Facility Rental Specialist will return your call within 48 hours.

Reminders:

Items required to confirm a rental: proof of residency and/or C&RC membership, full payment and necessary security deposit.

Additional fees may apply for special requests, equipment, after hour’s rentals as well as larger events.
